This model is an optical fiber version of the Teranex Mini Analog to SDI model, featuring an optical fiber output in addition to the SDI output to give you a choice of both. Upconvert your analog signal to up to Full 4K DCI 4096x2160p resolution and route it via either output. You can also connect separate audio via full-size XLR connectors that are switchable between balanced analog and AES/EBU digital audio. The SDI output will allow you to run 4096x2160p signals approximately 70 ft using 6G-SDI cables, while the optical output is capable of extra long distances. When 12G-SDI cables will be available on the market, you'll be able to route 4096x2160p signals for over 250 ft over the SDI output.
